Dr. Rick and Dr. Jennifer Dulaney are a husband and wife team dedicated to supporting the vitality of local women and children. Together they have cared for the Fredericksburg community and their children, Matthew Thomas, John Christopher, and Elizabeth Anne, for over 20 years. Through compassionate understanding and sensitivity, they honor the individuality of their patients while guiding them on their journeys through womanhood, motherhood, and childhood, centrally under one roof. Both are privileged physicians at Hill Country Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Dr. Jennifer provides obstetrics and gynecology care for women of all ages. She is experienced in providing the following care and treatments:

- Medical and surgical therapies for gynecologic health disorders

Dr. Jennifer completed her premedical training at the University of Texas at Austin, attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, and completed her internship and residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Rick provides care for children from birth to high school graduation. His general pediatrics practice includes:
- Well child visits and immunizations
- Sports physicals
- Camp and school physicals
- Developmental assessments
- Pediatric behavioral disorders
- Acute care visits for sick children
Additionally, Dr. Rick has extensive experience in the care of newborns at the time of delivery, management of problems unique to premature babies, and resuscitation of neonates born after high risk pregnancies and complicated labors.
Dr. Rick received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, and completed his internship and residency at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
