About Women & Children First
Dr. Rick and Dr. Jennifer Dulaney are a husband and wife team dedicated to supporting the vitality of local women and children. Together they have cared for the Fredericksburg community and their children, Matthew Thomas, John Christopher, and Elizabeth Anne, for over 25 years. Through compassionate understanding and sensitivity, they honor the individuality of their patients while guiding them on their journeys through womanhood, motherhood, and childhood, centrally under one roof. Both are privileged physicians at Methodist Hospital Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas.

She is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Rick received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, and completed his internship and residency at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
